The measure is established in the Health Pact, voted unanimously today by the Conference of Presidents of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces. This was explained at the end of the meeting by the councilor for health of Emilia Romagna Giovanni Bissoni. On the contrary, the regions that guarantee coverage at their expense will be able to access that billion of the health fund set aside to guarantee correct pharmaceutical expenditure.
