First I must point out the inaccuracy of the news<\/span> riguardo i possibili licenziamenti, o rottamazione come definita dalla “Segreteria Nazionale di S.L.F.-cobas<\/span>“, di 400 ISF.
In fact, both the RSU Bayer and Schering have never spoken of such a number and, all the more, the trade union representatives of CGIL<\/span>, CISL<\/span> And UIL<\/span> present at everyone <\/span>corporate meetings.
In our trade union meetings non si è mai presentato un rappresentante di questo sindacato  “slf-cobas”<\/span>, perciò non mi sembra neanche corretto divulgare circostanze, o quanto altro non possa essere realmente verificato dagli stessi lavoratori, al fine di evitare di seminare infondate preoccupazioni e panico.
<\/span>Therefore nel ribadire<\/span> l’infondatezza del dato divulgato<\/span>, I believe that such news should be checked, verified at the source and then commented and analyzed before being published.
Quanto alle riflessioni che hanno preceduto le notizie di cui all’oggetto, possono  essere condivisibili a patto che si facciano considerazioni di ampio respiro, ovvero risalire anche alle cause di un simile malcostume che vige nella nostra realtà.
We are referring to the political one, who allowed all of this to happen and, coincidentally, very often it is those politicians for whom we undertake to seek votes and, what is even more harmful, who lend themselves to partisan behaviour.
Comportamenti faziosi che purtroppo rilevo frequentemente anche sul sito dal quale ho appreso la notizia, percepisco un tale astio nei confronti delle aziende per le quali questi colleghi lavorano, se ancora lavorano, quasi si trattasse di una vendetta personale.
I'm not a corporate thread, but I prefer to deal with those who respect work and, above all, with those who work to build the unity of professionals in our sector and not with those who, sowing discord by standing up as a champion of the ISF, simultaneously hide behind trade union slogans who do not appreciate or do not share our goals.
We should meditate a little more on these aspects.
