The usual suspicion continues to hover over "generic" drugs: are they equivalent, in all respects, to the originals? Recently the substitutability between original and generic product has been questioned in particular for antiepileptic drugs, blood products, oral anticoagulants and biological drugs. Therefore, the patient's response may not be the same going from the original to the generic, or from one generic to another\u00bb.
