For our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a:
PRODUCTION MANAGER FOR THE PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR (Ref. TO-RP)
Reporting to the plant manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the productions carried out at two plants. It will have to guarantee the required production levels compatibly with company procedures; will collaborate in the management and integration of its collaborators into the company; will plan the production weekly; will follow the feasibility studies for the implementation of new productions.
Profile:<\/strong>
The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:
\u2013 An age between 30 and 45 years
\u2013 A solid technical preparation resulting from at least 4 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical sector.
\u2013 Chemistry diploma or degree.
\u2013 Good knowledge of English
\u2013 Willingness to work towards objectives, good interpersonal skills, flexibility.
The company offers employment as a permanent employee. Priority will be given to candidates residing in Piedmont or willing to relocate to Piedmont; in this case the company provides for the total reimbursement of expenses for the first 6 months.
