I could not fail to notice what enormous differences there are between workers in the French and Italian pharmaceutical sector. What attention the Trade Unions and the employers&#039; side have towards workers in the sector by setting specific safeguards for those who work there and clear stakes for companies. <br \/> A situation diametrically opposed to the Italian one where corporate interests always have the upper hand, where a rhetoric with no rhyme or reason has arisen, such as Welfarma and where the worker is at the mercy of companies and events.<br \/> Let&#039;s open our eyes dear colleagues, what is happening beyond the Alps is a clear signal and cuts off the fine speeches that our unions and companies give us every day.
