In fact, &quot;although market data indicate a sector that, more than others, has been able to withstand the crisis, most pharmaceutical companies \u2013 added the senator in a note \u2013 resorted during 2009 to the use of the social safety nets envisaged by the Government; to this it should be added that many of them used the method of transferring a company branch as a tool to effectively lay off workers without complying with the laws of labor law.
