\"\"  At the conclusion of the information and consultation process, the majority of male and female workers in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector approved (76.3%) the hypothesis of an agreement for the renewal of the employment contract (over 200,000 workers involved, employed in more than 1700 companies in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry).<\/p>\n

This was announced by Filcem-Cgil which, in a statement from its national secretariat, expresses great satisfaction with the result obtained and with the wide participation in the numerous assemblies held in the workplaces.<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

As you will remember, <\/span>the signed agreement <\/span><\/strong>last 18 December between the trade unions of the Filcem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl, Uilcem-Uil sector and the entrepreneurial associations Federchimica and Farmindustria (members of Confindustria) <\/span>expects an average increase<\/span><\/strong> <\/span>total of 150 euros in the three-year period 2010-2012<\/span><\/strong>, of which 135 euros distributed on the minimums, 13 euros on the supplementary pension and health funds ("Fonchim" and "Faschim"), 2 euros for the revaluation of the premium for all those workers employed in companies that do not implement second-level bargaining.<\/p>\n
