In compliance with the provisions of art. 54, paragraph 2 of the Statute, concerning the sanctions and provisions of the National Board of Arbitrators, we publish the following document in the association's periodical:<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/span>Cancellation of sanctions against members of the previous AIISF National Executive<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

The resolution taken by the previous National Board of Arbitrators on the occasion of the accusations formalized against members of the last EN lacks a formal accusation raised against the defendants, since the CNP itself did not challenge the charge to the accused in writing, pursuant to art. . 51 paragraph 9 of the Association Statute, substantially harming the right of documentation to be discharged by the defense.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Pursuant to art. 21 paragraph e) of the same Statute, the current CNP of the Italian Association of Scientific Drug Representatives intervenes unanimously, on its own initiative, against the decisions taken by the previous CNP which has taken resolutions that do not comply with the statutory provisions, depriving the defendants a valid right of defence, <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n
