(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) \u2013 Milan<\/font><\/strong>, Oct 27 \u2013 Roche<\/font><\/strong> announces that it has started negotiations in Italy with Quintiles, a multinational group that is world leader in services dedicated to companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological sector. The agreements under negotiation provide for the acquisition by Quintiles of the Roche business branch consisting of Business Units<\/font><\/strong> Mature Products dedicated to medical-scientific information and marketing activities on some mature products, with the simultaneous transfer to Quintiles of 75 employees with permanent employment contracts (chemical-pharmaceutical CCNL). Consultations with the Unions<\/font><\/strong> to illustrate the contents and characteristics of the envisaged transaction, as required by current legislation.
