These are some of the objectives of the national agreement on guidelines on social responsibility in second-level bargaining, signed yesterday in Milan by Federchimica and Farmindustria and the trade unions Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl, Uilcem-Uil, following the commitments signed with the renewal of the contract on 18 December 2009. The choice of the National Collective Labor Agreement to develop social responsibility interventions stems from the awareness that bargaining, in relation to people's growing expectations on welfare issues, will increasingly have an integrative role of the welfare state, even with the necessary tax incentives. With the shared Guidelines, thanks to the consolidated participatory model of industrial relations in the sector, the company parties are offered possible topics for sharing social responsibility choices in second-level bargaining. <\/p>\n
