Dear colleagues, the Christmas and end-of-year holidays should be a moment of closeness to our families and loved ones and should also represent a moment of reflection on human and professional values which unfortunately decrease more and more every day. And it was with a certain amazement that I read on a site known to be one of the main references in the sector the intervention of a colleague who signed himself Stefano.<\/p>\n

In many years of work I have had the opportunity to meet a thousand different types of colleagues, but the ones I unfortunately cannot bear are those who are pro-company tout court, those who by default have their brains in the corporate cluster and who think not with their own heads but only after having connected to the company server where to take news and positions. The statements of the colleague are typical of those who have absolutely no knowledge of this sector and its dynamics. He will perhaps be the usual presumptuous with perhaps positive sales data linked to who knows what strange local alchemies, but he is certainly an ill-prepared person.<\/p>\n

First tip. Before criticizing those who have done a lot for this sector and talking about colleagues you don't know, inform yourself carefully. Don't talk nonsense. You run the risk of making a bad impression. <\/p>\n

Second tip. What would you do in place of the others? But what is given to you or told to you by the companies is absolutely pure gold or perhaps some tares and reflections are at least desirable?<\/p>\n

Repeated visits to the doctor on a weekly or fortnightly basis (as in fashion lately) have done nothing but diminish the professional relationship between the ISF and the doctor, to the full advantage of a mere commercial activity.
