Dear scientific informants,<\/p>\n here we are after last Saturday's initiative at the Chamber of Labour <\/span>Bologna to make some considerations regarding the meeting, where <\/span>we remind those who were not present that one was presented for the first time <\/span>sociological research, still in progress, regarding our professional figure in relation to the employment situation in recent years. <\/font><\/font><\/p>\n With a cool head we thought that the presentation of the research by the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Bologna and promoted by FILCTEM CGIL Emilia Romagna, resulted in something more than a simple report.<\/p>\n The scientific, detailed and wide-ranging exposition has us <\/span>provided a first complete X-ray of the realities, of the events, which are affecting our professional figure, from the employment crisis to <\/span>that of professional identity, from the role of the company to that of trade union organizations, and much more.<\/p>\n An exhibition so "alive" for those present that it aroused such involvement as to interrupt the speaker several times and turn into an open, sincere debate, with reciprocal questions and answers, like a large territorial assembly of informants from companies, provinces, different regions.<\/p>\n We have all been able to see that this research, waiting to be <\/span>completed, it has enormous potential, that of bringing out, of bringing out all the critical points of the professional figure of scientific representatives, in an analytical, impartial, non-instrumental way.<\/p>\n The trade union organization, FILCTEM CGIL Emilia Romagna and the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Bologna, which promoted the meeting, further realized the importance of continuing to bring out the problems raised on the table.<\/p>\n Certainly, once the research is completed and with the consequent publication, we will endeavor to organize a large public initiative that can involve all the players in the scientific information sector (not only the organizers of Welfarma, but also local health bodies, doctors' organizations, etc.)<\/p>\n FILCTEM CGIL Emilia Romagna will also undertake to bring the issue within the organization in a critical discussion regarding a new broader vision of the trade union towards professional figures with a high knowledge profile (such as the Isf), who are not unionized because external and isolated from the context of human socialization given by the aggregating physical structure of the company plant, the factory. Furthermore, the Isf Coordination of FILCTEM CGIL Emilia Romagna intends to organize a meeting of all the Rsu isf delegates of Emilia Romagna in the future, as well as promoting other aggregation initiatives such as last Saturday.<\/p>\n
