line-height: 150%; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21.25pt\"><span class=\"apple-style-span\"><span style=\"line-height: 150%; color: black; font-size: 12pt\"><font face=\"Times New Roman\">Lo Statuto dei Lavoratori (L. 300\/1970) disciplina i diversi tipi di controllo esercitabili dal datore di lavoro sul luogo del lavoro, individuando i limiti sui seguenti principi:<\/p>\n<p><\/font><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" style=\"text-align: justify;
