The Florentine pharmaceutical company Menarini plans a corporate restructuring that will streamline a particularly complex organization. In the coming months, in fact, the process that will lead to the reverse merger of the 5 will be launched and completed <\/font>subholding<\/span><\/em> Finalme, Toscofarma, Marfin, Farpi and Fimed in the parent company A.Menarini Industrie Farmaceutiche Riunite.
