RSU RELEASE OF 02\/27\/2012<\/p>\n

Methods of consultation regarding the hypothesis of agreement illustrated on 24\/02\/2012<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

In order to encourage the broadest participation of workers and in accordance with the decision of the assembly of 24\/02\/2012, the consultation of workers will be carried out in the following ways:<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

1) Start of voting operations: Monday 27\/02\/2012 at 14.00.<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

2) Polling stations close: Thursday 01\/03\/2012 at 13.00.<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

ISF WORKERS<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/span><\/u><\/p>\n

Sending the voting form signed by the electoral commission via company e-mail. Workers who do not have access to the company email can download the form from the RSU sigma-tau site (www.rsusigmatau.it).<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

These forms must be returned in sigma-tau to the attention of the RSU<\/em><\/strong> through the double envelope system (one anonymous containing the vote and one containing the first with the sender) by post recommended 1.<\/p>\n

<\/em><\/strong><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

ISF workers who wish will be able to vote at the polling stations set up in the company.<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

OFFICE WORKERS SUSPENDED<\/p>\n

<\/font><\/span><\/u><\/p>\n

Suspended office workers will be able to vote at the company polling station set up at the reception or by downloading the form from the RSU website and returning it in the same manner as external colleagues.<\/p>\n

HEADQUARTERS WORKERS<\/p>\n

All workers of the headquarters will be able to cast their vote at the polling stations set up at the following times:<\/p>\n
