(ASCA) - Rome, September 7 - "On Wednesday September 12, at 15:00, Ugl Chimici will be present at the first meeting of the industrial policy table on the pharmaceutical sector together with representatives of the entire supply chain, to start a discussion which leads to the identification of shared solutions to the increasingly serious crisis gripping the sector\u201d.<\/p>\n

This was announced by the national secretary of Ugl Chimici, Luigi Ulgiati, who will participate in the meeting chaired by the minister of economic development, Corrado Passera, together with Eliseo Fiorin, delegate of the national secretariat of Ugl Chimici.<\/p>\n

For Ulgiati: "the delicate moment that the sector is going through, the reorganization phases that have involved the pharmaceutical industry with very serious consequences on thousands of workers in recent years and the recent regulatory changes on medicines introduced by the Government impose a serious reflection on what could be the future of the sector in Italy. It is necessary and urgent - adds the trade unionist - careful planning of measures that really help the relaunch of the entire sector, avoiding the loss of one of the best assets of our national industry".
