SAN MARINO. The crisis also mows down San Marino doctors: cuts of 3 million euros are envisaged for the public health budget for 2013, and almost 7 million for 2014. This is what is envisaged in annex "Z" of the latest Budget law, but still not translated into operational decrees with a real "spending review" of San Marino health care. The fact is that, in one way or another, the money will be less and less for the next two years and the Health Consultation which met last Friday, has begun to question itself about the difficulties. \u00abThere are no precise indications on how to intervene \u2013 explains the administrative director of the ISS, Lorenzo Venturini -. The Institute will therefore intervene in its policy of providing services at the same cost levels as before\u00bb. Trying, it is implied, to cut down on small wastes without affecting health services.
