Valle d'Aosta challenged article 15 which concerns the balance of the health sector and pharmaceutical expenditure and article 16 on the reduction of expenditure by local authorities.<\/p>\n

Valle d'Aosta appeals to the Constitutional Court against the decree law on Spending review. The appeal, according to what the president of the Region, Augusto Rollandin explained today, concerns article 15 concerning the balance of the health sector and government measures on pharmaceutical expenditure and article 16 on the reduction of expenditure by local authorities. "Our initiative - explained Rollandin - takes into account the latest sentences of the Constitutional Court and wants to highlight the fact that the measures of the Government were taken without agreement with the Regions, where instead there should have been an agreement".<\/p>\n
