\"decreto<\/a> The law decree now nicknamed "Development-bis<\/font><\/a>\u201d or by lovers of \u201cDevelopment 2.0\u201d technology. Apart from the nicknames, the decree has a title that already announces the fundamental lines that characterize it: \u201cUrgent measures for innovation and growth: digital agenda and startups\u201d.<\/span><\/em> The part that most interests those who follow the developments of the world pharmaceutical<\/font><\/a> is undoubtedly the one that directly concerns the development of digital healthcare, with the presentation<\/font><\/a> of measures on the electronic health record and on the digital recipe<\/font><\/a>. The new decree provides for the small steps necessary to emancipate the medical prescription from physical existence. Certain deadlines and dates have been established for adapting to the new recipes that are no longer on paper: le Regions<\/font><\/a> they will have to adapt to the complete replacement of the paper prescription gradually until reaching at least one replacement of the 60% in 2013, at least of the 80% in 2014 and at least the 90% in 2015. The electronic prescription has also been entrusted with a national value: therefore an electronic prescription will be valid throughout the Italian territory. The electronic health record, in the "Sviluppo-bis" decree, was treated in less detail than the prescription, since up to now it has only been possible to outline the background of this important "revolution". Identity card and Health insurance card<\/font><\/a> they will be merged into a single document which should progressively replace the documents currently circulating, streamlining the existing bureaucracies a little.
