The hall unanimously approved a motion presented by the councilors of the Pd Rosanna Pugnalini, Lucia Matergi and Marco Remaschi <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Florence<\/font><\/span><\/b> \u2013 Unanimity in the courtroom to commit the Regional Council to take action with the Ministry of Health to issue its own decree \u2013 without prejudice to the protection of the health of the sick and the possibility of accessing the drug they need \u2013 to make available single-dose packs or packs containing a single unit. This is the point of the motion signed by the councilors of the Democratic Party Rosanna Pugnalini<\/b>, Lucia Matergi <\/b>And Marco Remaschi<\/b>, which the House approved unanimously.<\/p>\n

The deed specifically refers to law 149\/2005 on urgent provisions on drugs, and therefore on single-dose packs or packs containing a single dosage unit, as well as the failure to issue the ministerial decree which contributed to the circulation of drugs in excess of the actual needs.
As illustrated in the motion, in the light of the challenge that has been underway for some time at all institutional levels, with the spending review in the forefront, even the consumption of medicines will have to be brought back to the real health needs of the population, within a health system national fair, universal and solidarity.<\/p>\n
