We inform you that in the meeting of 19\/12 the authority examined the report in question.<\/p>\n

On that occasion, the Authority assessed the facts reported by you and their possible significant implications from the point of view of the protection of competition and found that these facts fall outside the scope of its competences, not integrating any hypothesis of unlawful competition envisaged by national and Community antitrust regulations.<\/p>\n

The Authority thanks you for the attention shown to your institutional activity and takes the opportunity to send you cordial greetings.<\/p>\n
