I read what my colleague Filograsso wrote to the lawyer Prof. Rienzi.<\/p>\n

I think there is nothing more to add.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

However, I would ask you to evaluate the possibility of no longer giving advertising space to this lawyer, whose provocations are second only  <\/span>to its inappropriateness. I believe, therefore, that it should be completely ignored and not given further and gratuitous attention.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

I remember a beautiful, ancient proverb: it used to say :"There is none worse deaf than those who don't want to hear": it fits perfectly.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

I also believe that it is not within the institutional duties of Codacons to express opinions on scientific representatives.  <\/span>I must therefore assume that these communicational passages, dangerously close to slander,  <\/span>must be interpreted as personal utterances and - therefore - for us - of no account.<\/p>\n

Spett.le Redazione, ho letto quanto il collega Filograsso ha scritto all’avvocato Prof.Rienzi. Credo non ci sia altro da aggiungere. Ti chiederei, però, di valutare l’ipotesi di non dare più spazio pubblicitario a questo avvocato, le cui provocazioni sono seconde soltanto  alla sua inopportunità.
