No to the dominant business model in healthcare and no to professionals "reduced" to anonymous production factors within the healthcare system. This was underlined during the afternoon hearing at the joint Budget and Social Affairs Commissions, entitled "The challenge of health protection between new needs of the health system and public finance objectives", the representatives of Fnomceo, Joseph Augello<\/b> And Sergio Bovenga<\/b>. The problems exposed by Bovenga in the report are those known to the category for some time and start from a basic question that has characterized the health area for some time: Can the country support a National Health Service financed in a solidarity way? It is difficult to give an univocal answer, but, observes the Fnomceo representative, the legislative interventions on the matter, for years, confirm how the area is a "work in progress" of considerable complexity. It is certain, however, they continue, that the present nodes risk conditioning downwards and rebalancing the respective roles between the ministries of Economy and Health, to the advantage of the latter, could solve the age-old Italian problem of public spending among the lowest in the 15-member Europe. Then the Fnomceo report touches on all the thorny points for the category, from precariousness to the development of e-health, from medical specializations to the litigation chapter. \u00abWithout protagonists' compliance\u00bb observes Bovenga \u00aborganizations become impoverished\u00bb and \u00abfaced with the far-reaching transformations that we have been facing in recent years, hundreds of thousands of professionals live in a climate of economic and professional uncertainty, considered anonymous production factors\u00bb by a system that \u00absubordinates health purposes to keeping accounts\u00bb. Finally, the lack of new specialized doctors "the MIUR decree which brings the years of specialization in medicine to 5 and 6 in surgery" in the face of an "insufficient training contracts which this year are 500 fewer than needed" and which "under unchanged rules next year will be 2 thousand fewer, confining thousands of young doctors with graduates but without prospects of professional qualification and access to the National Health Service" concludes the Fnomceo report.<\/p>\n
