Humanization of care not only at a structural and organizational level but also and above all in the patient-healthcare worker relationship. This is the novelty, the real novelty, for citizens contained in the 2014-2016 Health Pact, signed by the Regions and by the Minister of Health, Beatrice Lorenzin, in recent days.<\/p>\n

An agreement that defines health care for the next three years in thirty measures, many of which are established in previous laws and have not yet been implemented, such as the structure of the new primary care in the area, decided by Minister Balduzzi in 2012.
