That of Serge Weinberg - who led the general management of the group for almost five months - was instead approved by almost 98%.<\/p>\n<p>Chris Viehbacher&#039;s successor will receive a total of a &quot;welcome bonus&quot; of \u20ac4,000,000 intended to compensate for the material benefits he lost by leaving his position with Bayer, a level considered &quot;incomprehensible&quot; by St\u00e9phane Le Foll, the spokesman of the government.<\/p>\n<p>To this sum is added a gross annual salary of 1.2 million euros and a bonus.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/img.over-blog-kiwi.com\/0\/40\/78\/61\/201312\/ob_646edf103b00ea25a6bb0f1b2bd2fb70_cgt-sanofi1-28-11-2013.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"420\" height=\"592\" \/>The consultancy firm ISS Voti had recommended voting against the resolution linked to the arrival of Olivier Brandicourt&#039;s package, challenging in particular the absence of a separate vote for each of the commitments undertaken towards him.<\/p>\n<p>In a leaflet distributed on the doorstep of the General Assembly in Paris, the CGT argued that in 2014, Group employees received no collective raises and that their individual raises do not exceed 1%.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOut of the \u20ac62,000 of net income that each Sanofi employee generated from his or her work in 2014, shareholders will grab \u20ac50,000,\u201d the CGT said.<\/p>\n<p>Sanofi, which has 110,000 employees worldwide, including 27,000 in France, made net income of 6.8 billion euros last year.
