Transparency is in fact fundamental for the sustainability of the National Health Service: knowing where waste lurks allows us to intervene with a scalpel and not with an axe, to correct distortions and save funds for research and treatment.<\/p>\n<p>An initiative that takes its cue from the indications of the Minister of Health Beatrice Lorenzin, engaged in the fight against inappropriate medical services.
