And it is, many insiders point out, the greatest flight abroad of an American company to pay lower taxes. To escape American regulations, the agreement is structured as a "reverse merger<\/strong>\u201c, with Allergan buying Pfizer. The colossus that will be born from the union will be led by the CEO of\u00a0Pfizer<\/strong>, Ian Read<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, with the CEO of Allergan, Brent Saunders<\/span><\/a>,<\/strong> number two.<\/p>\n
