\"\"Reduction of waiting lists, cutting of wards and primary care units, balanced budgets, humanisation of treatment paths in hospitalization structures, centralization of analysis laboratories, territorial assistance plans, prescriptive appropriateness on pharmaceuticals (with particular reference to 11 categories of drugs ), reduction in the number of cesarean deliveries, timeliness of hip fracture operations and coronary angioplasties, implementation of the Oncology Network and strengthening of screenings, increase in organ donations, implementation of new fire and anti-seismic regulations.<\/p>\n

These are the objectives that the Region, on the basis of certified budgets, assigns to the directors of the Piedmontese ASL within this year: under penalty of forfeiture from office. Today the illustration by the President of the Region, Sergio Chiamparino, of the Councilor for Health, Antonio Saitta<\/strong>, and of the Director General of Health, Fulvio Moirano. \u00abThe directors will not only have to demonstrate that they have complied with the assigned objectives during 2016 but also that they have worked uniformly throughout the Piedmont area, with continuous coordination - explained Saitta -: in June, September and December there will be three verification step to monitor the progress of the activity\u00bb.<\/p>\n

As Chiamparino explained, \u00abit is the first time that objectives have been assigned having already defined the financial budget, thanks to the allocation of the national fund carried out in recent months: in the recent past, the directors of the health care units were often assigned objectives also in the last month of the year of evaluation and with a choice of great generality\u00bb.<\/p>\n
