The most experienced and skilled whistleblowers earned slightly more, with a base salary of nearly $99,000 and total compensation of $138,000.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/ffcc43001753bc596fe7-52b9c94317ff9c1aca9f2e0eae732ef4.ssl.cf2.rackcdn.com\/5567631\" alt=\"\" \/>Biotech whistleblowers are good, women are bad<\/strong><br \/>\nTopping the list, once again, are biotech whistleblowers, who boast the highest base salary \u2014 nearly $108,000 \u2014 and an average total salary that exceeds $165,000.<\/p>\n<p>Returning to Pharma, the situation changes in top sales positions: in fact, sales managers have average salaries of around 200,000 dollars. Finally, there is no equality between the sexes: women have in fact earned about 12% less than their male colleagues, with an average salary of 119,700 dollars.
