And announces the first formal charges against two managers, <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/photos.prnewswire.com\/prn\/20140116\/NY47775LOGO\" alt=\"Risultati immagini per heritage pharmaceuticals\" width=\"293\" height=\"103\" \/>accused of having cartelized with other companies to fix prices.<\/p>\n<p>The allegations come at the end of two years of investigations involving more than a dozen companies and about twenty drugs.
