Reflections on regional resolution 2309\/2016<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/en\/cardinali-filctem-inacettabile-regolamento-isf-emilia-romagna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">For Cardinali (Filctem) the Emilia-Romagna ISF Regulation is unacceptable<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/en\/la-regione-emilia-romagna-sorpresa-emana-regolamento-sullattivita-dinformazione-scientifica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Surprisingly, the Emilia-Romagna Region issues the &quot;Regulation on scientific information activities&quot;. The Region makes the Register of ISF<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/en\/leggi-e-normative-vigenti\/\">\u00a0Regional Laws and Regulations<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/ANAC.Linee-Guida-Codic-Comportamento-SSN..pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">ANAC. Guidelines Code of Conduct SSN<\/span>.<\/a>\u00a0 (page 10, bottom of page)<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.braidense.it\/dire\/immpsposi\/images\/030.jpg\" alt=\"Risultati immagini per grida manzoniane\" width=\"281\" height=\"201\" \/>Note<\/strong>: <em>Director Lonzi, perhaps seized by delusions of grandeur, speaks of &quot;Guidelines and directives on the subject of scientific information on drugs in the context of the health service <strong>national<\/strong>\u201c. We don&#039;t know what power it has, certainly at a national level it is null. The Decree of the Regional Council also speaks of scientific information on medical devices, which Lonzi&#039;s memorandum does not mention. Furthermore, we must assume that the representatives of nutraceuticals, dermocosmetics, baby milk or mineral water sellers have free access to the clinics, even during visiting hours. When ignorance makes useless rules\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p>With an email to all members, FIMMG Romagna replies:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">The document in question <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">it has no value<\/span> for non-employee doctors but freelancers with a relationship with the NHS regulated by a national convention.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">Reports with scientific representatives of the drug will therefore continue to be received by each GP according to the method most pleasing to him, in compliance with the ACN.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">Best regards<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">The FIMMG coordinator for Romagna<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\">dr.
