The unions and RSU responded immediately with the opening of a state of agitation and a strike. Filctem Cgil, Femca Cisl and Uiltec Uil, together with the structures and the Rsu, in the face of this situation, immediately proclaimed the state of agitation of the whole Group with the blocking of all supplementary activities, as well as a package of strike hours, still to be defined.<\/p>\n

At the center of the bitter confrontation with the company is the decision of the latter to proceed with the cuts in redundant personnel calculated on the national territory at 456 units. 13 workers at risk in the Alanno plant out of a total of 225 employees. What the unions dispute is the criterion with which the decision was taken, without considering the proposal to relocate the redundant workers to other offices, or to other external companies. A day, therefore, of strike today, organized as follows: abstention from work from 8.00 to 14.00; from 15.00 to 22.00 and from midnight to 6.00.<\/p>\n
