Twenty-one people under investigation including representatives, general practitioners and surgeons, over twenty searches in progress and one hundred men from the Guardia di Finanza engaged in Monza, Milan, Lecco, Como, Bergamo, Varese, Turin, Bologna, Rimini and Salerno.<\/p>\n

Five people, including three orthopedic surgeons, a sales manager of the company and an area agent, were placed in pre-trial detention in prison and are being investigated for various reasons for criminal association, corruption and false ideological acts public.<\/p>\n

Nine other people, six surgeons and three general practitioners affiliated with the National Health System, were subjected to house arrest, another six general practitioners appear to have been suspended from activity and an intermediary Ceraver sales agent was affected by the provision of compulsory residence in the municipality of residence.\u201c Thanks to telephone and environmental interceptions and to observation and shadowing services, the investigators managed to reconstruct the illegal activity involving the representatives, the surgeons and general practitioners.<\/p>\n
