The company of dreams is Swiss: the shopping is done during office hours and the butler will also be there<\/h2>\n

A few kilometers from the border with Italy, in Mendrisio, in the Canton of Ticino, there is a pharmaceutical company, Sintetica, specialized in the production of anesthetics, analgesics and narcotics with 250 employees in the various offices in \"\"<\/a>Europe and around the world.<\/p>\n

130 people work in the Mendrisio plant. The 2017 turnover is 60 million euros, with strong growth. What is surprising is the company policy: the employees, 50% of whom are Italian commuters, have a long series of benefits: payroll incentives for those who go to work by train or carpooling; daycare partially paid for by the company; free gym; possibility to do the shopping during working hours.<\/p>\n

And for those who feel stressed there is table football. You can work from home and if your children get sick, you don't need to show a medical certificate for up to three days a month. And under study, for 2018, is the institution of the company butler who handles the paperwork of employees<\/p>\n
