{"id":34026,"date":"2017-12-22T11:06:52","date_gmt":"2017-12-22T10:06:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/?p=34026"},"modified":"2017-12-22T11:08:57","modified_gmt":"2017-12-22T10:08:57","slug":"controllo-spesa-farmaceutica-pronto-decreto-ministeriale-sulle-fatture-elettroniche","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/en\/controllo-spesa-farmaceutica-pronto-decreto-ministeriale-sulle-fatture-elettroniche\/","title":{"rendered":"Pharmaceutical expenditure control: the ministerial decree on electronic invoices is ready"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"ss\">From 1 January 2018 new electronic invoicing methods for pharmacies: the decree is being published in the Official Gazette<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiscoetasse.com\/rassegna-stampa\/24445-spesa-farmaceutica-pronto-il-decreto-ministeriale-sulle-fatture-elettroniche.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FISCO and TAXES \u2013 22 December 2017<\/a><\/p>\n<p>With a press release, the MEF informed that the decree of 20 December 2017 of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, in agreement with the Ministry of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/fattura-medico.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-19998 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/fattura-medico-300x171.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"171\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/fattura-medico-300x171.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/fattura-medico.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Health, <strong>regarding electronic invoices issued to the bodies of the National Health Service<\/strong>, which will allow timely monitoring of pharmaceutical expenditure.<\/p>\n<p>The decree implements paragraph 2 of article 29 of the decree law of 24 April 2017, n. 50, converted, with amendments, by law 21 June 2017, n. 96 according to which, <strong>starting from 1 January 2018<\/strong>, in electronic invoices issued to the entities of the National Health Service for <strong>purchases of pharmaceutical products it is mandatory to indicate<\/strong> related information<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to the Marketing Authorization Code (<strong>AIC<\/strong>)<\/li>\n<li>to the corresponding quantity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Furthermore, starting from the same date, <strong>the aforementioned invoices must be made available to the Italian Medicines Agency<\/strong>. For these invoices, the entities of the National Health Service are prohibited from making payments of invoices that do not include this information.
