CHEMICAL-PHARMACEUTICAL CONTRACT: THERE IS A UNIQUE AGREEMENT ON THE PLATFORM HYPOTHESIS FOR THE 2019-2021 RENEWAL.<\/h2>\n

130 EUROS IS THE REQUEST FOR OVERALL PAYMENT<\/h2>\n

Rome, 8 June 2018 - The unitary executives of Filctem-Cgil, Femca-Cisl, Uiltec-Uil, meeting today in Rome, gave the "green light" to the hypothesis of a platform for the renewal of the contract for the three-year period 2019-2021 of chemical-pharmaceutical sector they are interested in \"\"<\/a>over 176,000 workers from 2,700 companies, expiring on 31 December 2018. For the next three years, the request for an increase in trade unions from employers' associations is 130 euros in total (TEC), of which 95 euros for minimum wages (MET).<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the first contractual platform that we are developing after the Interconfederal Agreement of 9 March. It is an important test bench - affirm the General Secretaries of Filctem Cgil, Femca Cisl, Uiltec Uil, Emilio Miceli, Nora Garofalo, Paolo Pirani - which commits us to giving continuity to the virtuous model of industrial relations, but also in making substantial progress in terms of occupational safety, worker participation in the company, continuous training, wages, welfare and generational turnover\u201d.<\/p>\n

Now the workers will be called in the assemblies to give their contribution to the construction of the definitive platform, which will be presented to the counterparties so as to allow the start of negotiations - presumably as early as July - with the reference business associations (Federchimica, Farmindustria) . The unitary Executives also approved the regulation for the contractual renewals of the category and communicated the cancellation of the current contract on May 31st.<\/p>\n
