Employees will be able to give some days of vacation free of charge to colleagues who need to assist a family member due to particular health conditions. This is one of the very first examples of how it is possible to collectivize a momentary personal discomfort to offer important support to families in difficulty.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is a very important agreement for the territory - declare Marco Todeschi and the Rsu of Filctem - which implements a regulation present in the national contract. It is important to focus not only on economic results but also on those forms of solidarity and inclusion that workers can put in place to help those who are momentarily in difficulty&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is an innovative agreement which highlights, once again, the company&#039;s interest in the issue of reconciliation between life and work. The GSK company - argue Carla Zampieri (GlaxoSmithkline) and Nancy Loperfido (Parma Union of Industrialists` - has always shown particular attention to its employees, especially in specific moments of difficulty in their personal lives.
