"The formulations of Biotad capsules and Noctaval are missing compared to what was inventoried by the bankruptcy trustee and \"\"<\/a>by the magistrate: why and how was it possible that these medicines are no longer in the warehouse?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The questions were asked by the drug's scientific representatives - legally assisted by the lawyer Maria Rosaria Pace - of Biomedica Foscama, the pharmaceutical company which, after the bankruptcy recognized by the court of Frosinone, was put up for competitive sale electronically (day 4.4 .2019).<\/span><\/p>\n

To date, in addition to remaining unresolved, the situation of Biomedica employees and sales agents who have not received various indemnities before the closure declared in the \"\"<\/a>September 2018, not all the drugs contained in the company's warehouse and registered by the bankruptcy trustee are still physically present, significantly affecting the sale of the company itself.<\/span><\/p>\n

The informants therefore ask that their doubts regarding the sale by Biomedica Business Division SRL of the products "Noctaval and Biotad capsules" be dispelled.<\/span><\/p>\n
