The Council of Ministers on Tuesday does not find the square on regional autonomy, which saw the League and the 5 Star Movement distant on many points.<\/p>\n

In general, the critical issues according to M5s sources are school, tax transfers from the State to the Regions and transport.<\/p>\n

But there is no agreement on the method either, because the Five Stars want a "heavy" passage in Parliament, with the possibility for the Commissions to give opinions and amend the text. The League is for a more streamlined solution, because with heavy amendments you would have to start from scratch.<\/p>\n
