We report the releases of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Area of Emilia Romagna and Fedaiisf at the end of Tuesday's meeting on the critical issues of the Regional Regulation on Scientific Information (Emilia-Romagna.dgr-2309-2016<\/a>).<\/p>\n

\n

We thank you for your participation in Tuesday's meeting in which the general principles of \"\"<\/a>transparency and traceability of the scientific information activity on the drug on which the regional regulation is based and the critical issues that emerged after the first period of application of this regulation and of the local provisions were discussed, in order to resume the discussion on the subject with the involvement of interested parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

We hope that, in compliance with the assumptions of positive collaboration already found, the FEDAIISF association participates in the working group that will be set up on the subject, in line with the availability in this sense already shown during the meeting held on Tuesday.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Tuesday at 9:30 the regional delegation (Bassu, Bonomo, Camatti, Nivellini) met the representation of the Regional Pharmaceutical Service.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>In the positive and proactive climate, the common need emerged to start a constructive discussion as early as September to provide for the revision of the current Regional Resolution and to overcome the critical issues identified by both parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

We would like to underline that these IT and\/or paper applications, by their own admission, will have to tend to be homogeneous, simple and practicable, unlike what happens today, from Piacenza to Rimini.<\/span><\/p>\n

The satisfaction in seeing the willingness to open a constructive dialogue with us is the recognition of professionalism and teamwork.<\/span><\/p>\n

The role of trade association in representing members and non-members throughout the Region has been recognized to AIISF\/FEDAIISF.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Coordination Fedaiisf Emilia Romagna<\/span><\/p>\n

Ed<\/strong><\/span>.: A constructive and collaborative dialogue has finally begun with the Emilia Romagna Region on the Scientific Information Regulation and on the critical issues that have emerged in its local applications.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>It is important that a representation of Pharmaceutical Representatives able to interact directly with the institutions is finally recognized, no longer represented by intermediaries who could have interests that do not strictly comply with the category. Fedaiisf is recognized as the only professional association of ISFs.<\/p>\n

All colleagues are urged to report to their respective sectional managers, who will then be reported to the regional authorities, any malfunctions in the application systems that may prevent\/obstruct work activity and report any disrespectful attitudes or attitudes that prevent us from carrying out our work on the part of some healthcare worker who is misinterpreting\/applying the regulations. It should be remembered that the guidelines of the Conference of Regions on scientific information activity say that even in the presence of a regulation "The performance of the activities of the ISFs within the structures of the SSR is ensured and facilitated by the Directions of the aforementioned structures<\/em>", and specifies "raising awareness of the availability of doctors and pharmacists<\/em>“.<\/p>\n

In this delicate moment, all the colleagues of the Emilia Romagna Region are invited to give their contribution in the unity of the category in the defense of our professionalism, "beyond our particular<\/em>“.<\/p>\n
