An important initiative on the Chemical Pharmaceutical Contract will take place on Thursday 12 September in the Sala Buozzi of the Camera del Lavoro in Milan, from 9.30 to 13.30.
\nIt will be a "Round Table", albeit with an original approach, that the Filctem of Milan organizes to be able to give to delegates, male and female workers essential tools of knowledge.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe hidden opportunities of the pharmaceutical chemical CCNL\u201d<\/span><\/h3>\n

this is the title of our initiative.<\/p>\n

The event will see the participation of Alberto Motta, general secretary of Filctem of Milan who will open the works, then a first more technical part, with the participation of Paolo Cuneo - Federchimica, Aldo Zago - national Filctem, two delegates of companies in the Milan area and Laura Bruno HR manager of Sanofi.<\/p>\n

Then, a second part with a real "face to face" between Marco Falcinelli, national secretary general of Filctem and Andrea Piscitelli, director of Federchimica.<\/p>\n

The idea is to create a useful moment to dissect the issues proposed by the CCNL and - often - not fully valued or exploited. A "toolbox" to offer participants a yardstick useful for understanding the importance of the national contract, its centrality and its enormous potential.<\/p>\n

It will be a different scheme than usual to be able to give food for thought, topics for discussion and awareness useful in the role of MSW in one's own working realities.<\/p>\n

It is a particularly important initiative that aims to start a political journey aimed at disseminating and promoting knowledge of good contractual and negotiation practices on which Filctem of Milan intends to bet and invest. Also to reaffirm the importance of the Milan area in the context of the Pharmaceutical Chemical Contract.<\/p>\n
