It is a question of requesting the return of the &quot;eroded&quot; days in the period in which billing changed from the monthly system to the 28-day system, before the obligation to restore the monthly rate.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>REFUNDS ARE NOT AUTOMATIC<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 Despite with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agcom.it\/documents\/10179\/10944738\/Delibera+269-18-CONS\/5cbb8455-9a20-4aed-9cfe-a35ee014b59b?version=1.2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolution no. 269\/18\/CONS<\/a> the Authority has forced the operators to illegally return the amount corresponding to the days in the bill <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/ConfconsumatoriFedaiisf.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30691 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/ConfconsumatoriFedaiisf.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"316\" height=\"194\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/ConfconsumatoriFedaiisf.png 649w, https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/ConfconsumatoriFedaiisf-300x184.png 300w, https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/ConfconsumatoriFedaiisf-702x432.png 702w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 316px) 100vw, 316px\" \/><\/a>paid to users in the 28-day billing period of landline telephony offers, including convergent ones (landline + mobile), these do not seem to reimburse users automatically, but only to those who expressly request it.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND<\/u><\/strong> \u2013 For this reason Confconsumatori offers assistance, through its local branches, to consumers who wish to obtain the reimbursement they are due. <strong>The request is forwarded first through a complaint and then - if necessary - is perfected through recourse to joint conciliation<\/strong>.
