We had hoped until the end that Rende's ISF could save itself. Even yesterday evening when we were told that the clinical picture had worsened. Unfortunately he died this morning at 7:30 in the Annunziata hospital \"\"<\/a>Cosenza.<\/span><\/p>\n

We had hoped it was a new hoax, sadly this time it's true. my colleague Paolo O. left us this morning. Hospitalized for days due to the worsening of Covid 19 which he had probably contracted during a conference.<\/span><\/p>\n

In recent days, his health conditions have never shown signs of improvement and so this morning the clinical picture, compromised by a previous cardiac pathology, became fatal.<\/span><\/p>\n

The news was confirmed by the head of the complex operating unit of Anesthesia and Intensive Care (Intensive Care) of the hospital, Pino Pasqua.<\/span><\/p>\n

His wife, who is positive, is also in the hospital. This is the second victim in Calabria after the one found in the municipality of Montebello Jonico, a center in Reggio closed by an order from the president of the Region Jole Santelli.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deeply moved by the fatal news and disconcerted by a tragedy that could have been avoided, it was enough to respect the people, we send our condolences to the family and our most sincere wishes for recovery to his wife.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Mayor of Rende, Marcello Manna, declared:\u00a0\u201cIt is the moment of reflection and silence for those who are no longer with us. Our community clings to the pain of the family of our fellow citizen who died at the Annunziata hospital.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Our condolences in such a difficult time and the promise, to those who experience the tragedy up close of not even being able to mourn their loved one, to continue in strict compliance with the rules in force today.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
