Federsalus, the main contact person for companies operating in the food supplements sector, has announced that the DPCM 26\/04\/2020 expands the list of industrial and commercial production activities admitted by the \"\"<\/a>next 4 May, identified in Annex 3 through the ATECO codes.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

Federsalus reports that these include the following codes:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a046<\/strong><\/u> WHOLESALE TRADE (EXCEPT THAT OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND MOTORCYCLES)<\/span>
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a074<\/strong><\/u> OTHER PROFESSIONAL, SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES<\/span><\/p>\n

Typically, the activities of informants<\/strong> can be classified among the following codes:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a046<\/u>.18.31<\/strong>\u00a0 Agents and representatives of pharmaceutical products, herbal products for medical use<\/span>
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a046<\/u>.18.34\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Business brokers of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products<\/span>
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a074<\/u>.90.99<\/strong>\u00a0 Other professional activities NEC<\/span><\/p>\n

These are therefore sub-categories (6-digit ATECO codes) included in the permitted divisions (2-digit ATECO codes \"\"<\/a>digits). It is therefore believed that the activities of whistleblowers, if actually designated by the codes referred to or by others in any case admitted, will be allowed from next May 4th<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span>
