N. 4762\/20<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">ORDER<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">- pursuant to art. 32, paragraph 3, of the law of 23 December 1978, n. 833 on hygiene and public health-<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1) to confirm the current methods of providing basic health care in the offices of general practitioners and pediatricians of free choice in compliance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health, which provides for the study activity subject to the adoption of the current measures of precaution and prevention of contagion from COVID-19, to protect the patient and the healthcare professional. Visits to the office of the general practitioner and pediatrician of free choice are carried out, following telephone triage, by reservation with the methods established by the doctor (mobile, landline, email, etc.) and communicated with suitable means to the clients, continuing the doctor&#039;s obligation to guarantee easy access to the service and the regular acquisition of visit requests from users;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">2) to specify that the provisions which allow the continuation of telematic or remote (telephone, e-mail) insurance remain unchanged for a part of the activities connected to pharmaceutical prescriptions, as established by point 2) of ordinance no. 4 of 11 March 2020 and from point 12) of ordinance no. 7 of 13 March 2020;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">3) to authorize the GPs\/PLS, pending the full restoration of specialist outpatient activities and in order to avoid interruptions of therapy to the patients concerned, to repeat the prescriptions of drugs subjected to a Therapeutic Plan for the duration of the state of emergency referred to in resolution of the Council of Ministers of 31 January 2020 and in any case until the patient carries out the check-up, provided that this has already been booked;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">4) <span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">to arrange - with effect from 18 May 2020 - the resumption of medico-legal visits in the welfare field by giving mandate to the AASSLL:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">- to ensure scheduled access to the facility for both the patient and any accompanying person necessary due to the incapacity of the same;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">- to comply with the precautionary measures and prevention of contagion from COVID-19;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">- to ensure the carrying out of home visits already scheduled and not carried out to date;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">5) to order - starting from 18 May 2020 - the resumption of outpatient activities relating to sports medicine in compliance with the precautionary measures and prevention of contagion from COVID-19;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">6)<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong> to allow the gradual restoration of the activity of scientific representatives of drugs or medical devices both at the NHS structures and at GPs and PLS, with the following methods:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">the scientific information activity relating to drugs and devices can be carried out by making an appointment with the doctor concerned;<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">favor scientific information remotely with telematic methods;<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">the face-to-face activity can be carried out as long as the precautionary measures and the prevention of contagion from COVID-19 are respected;<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">7) to identify appropriate paths that guarantee prosthetic assistance and supplementary assistance services based on the maximum protection of fragile subjects entitled to the risk of exposure to contagion;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">8) to establish that, for the reasons in the narrative, simplified access concerns the services of prosthetic assistance and supplementary assistance included in lists 1, 2A and 2B referred to in the Nomenclator Annex 5 to the DPCM of 01.12.2017 and the aids of referred to in Annex 2 of the same decree\u201d;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">9) to arrange that the Local Health Authorities, on the basis of what has been highlighted by the ASR, comply with the operational guidelines described by the same, valid not only for services concerning orthopedic devices\/aids, but also for other prosthetic assistance services , for which the concession and authorization or renewal is governed by the DPCM LEA 2017 Annex 12 and supplementary assistance referred to in Annexes 2 and 11;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">10) to entrust the correct implementation for the emergency period of the described simplified procedures to the Local Health Authorities, as expressed in the attached technical document and in this deed&quot;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;
