ORDER<\/span><\/p>\n

TO)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

to) From 25 May 2020 the following activities are permitted<\/strong> in compliance with the corresponding forms in Annex 1:<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>1. public and private rental of cars and other transport equipment (bicycles, motorbikes, scooters, electric or not);<\/span><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 drug sales representatives<\/strong>;<\/span><\/p>\n

3. children's play areas in public spaces and open to the public including shops and accommodation facilities; for publicly owned spaces, the municipal administrations can set start dates for use after 25 May 2020 in relation to the need to implement the guidelines;<\/span><\/p>\n

4. cultural and recreational clubs (meeting places of cultural associations, social centres, recreational clubs, clubs, social gathering centres, leisure and third age universities \u2013 for food and drink administration activities, motor activities and sports, training, conferences, debates and shows, please refer to the pertinent thematic files and the relative discipline);<\/span><\/p>\n

5. professional training (training activities that cannot be carried out remotely such as laboratories, equipment, tools, final exams and verification activities, accompaniment, tutoring and orientation of the various professional paths);<\/span><\/p>\n

6. theme and amusement parks (rides, traveling shows, aquatic, adventure, zoological and other entertainment contexts with the user's interactive role with equipment and spaces);<\/span><\/p>\n

b) from 25 May 2020 the following activities may be carried out in compliance with Annex 2:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. tour guides;<\/span><\/p>\n

2. mountain professions;<\/span><\/p>\n

c) from 25 May 2020, the activities already admitted on the basis of ordinance no. 48 of 17 May 2020 and governed by annex 1 of the aforementioned ordinance, are subject to the guidelines approved on 22 May 2020 by the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces, referred to in annex 1 of this ordinance, which fully replaces the provisions of the 'order n. 48, except as provided in the following point;<\/span><\/p>\n

d) from 1 June 2020 the resumption of the following activity is permitted in compliance with the corresponding schedules in Annex 1:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. services for children and adolescents aged 0-17 (activities organized by public and private entities for daytime socializing and play for children and adolescents);<\/span><\/p>\n

e) a subsequent ordinance will regulate the effective dates and the guidelines to be respected for the purpose of resuming cinema activities and shows with live audiences, activities of spas and wellness centres, discos, festivals and fairs;<\/span><\/p>\n

f) the courses for the release of the master's degree comply with the provisions set out in the profile relating to professional training as per attachment 1.<\/span><\/p>\n

B)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 TEMPORAL EFFECTIVENESS<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Without prejudice to the specific provisions referred to in letter A), this ordinance takes effect from 23 May 2020 until 14 June 2020;<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Although not modified by this ordinance, the content of ordinance no. remains confirmed. 48 of 17 May 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

C)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 FINAL PROVISIONS <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. The violation of these provisions entails the application of the sanctions pursuant to art. 4 of the decree law of 25 March 2020, n. 19. The investigation is the responsibility of the police bodies referred to in art. 13 of the law n. 689\/81 and the pecuniary sanctions are intended for the account Iban IT 41 V 02008 02017 000100537110 causal: "Violation of regional Covid 19 ordinances";<\/span><\/p>\n

2. This ordinance is communicated to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers;<\/span><\/p>\n

3. The Civil Protection Directorate is in charge of the execution of this measure;<\/span><\/p>\n

4. This provision does not involve expenditure charged to the regional budget;<\/span><\/p>\n

5. This deed is published in the Official Bulletin of the Region.<\/span><\/p>\n
