Dear Dr. Montanari, I'm Alessia Cipriani President of the AIISF Section (Italian Association of Scientific Drug Representatives) of the Province of Ferrara federated with FEDAIISF (federation of Italian associations of drug and parapharmaceutical sales representatives).<\/span><\/p>\n

I am writing to ask you for clarification regarding the methods of receiving informants at the SS. Annunziata Hospital in Cento since, as reported by some of our colleagues, there have been cases in which operators have been prevented from entering the hospital triage workers, despite having made regular appointments with the doctors as per the Regional Protocol which was established by the "Working Group on scientific information" of which we are part as IS\/ISF both as a union member and as an Associative member (FEDAIISF) . As you know as a category we were the first to suspend activities IN PRESENCE since the end of February, but from 09\/06\/2020 our activity can also resume IN PRESENCE in the SSR structures.<\/span><\/p>\n

In fact, the working group has researched the appropriate ways in which to carry out the scientific information activity in the delicate phase of the pandemic and consequently in the phase of the resumption of activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

On 28 May a document was drawn up (attached), officially published on 8 June, which outlines the return to work of the professional figure of the scientific informant in the structures of the SSR Emilia Romagna which was followed by recent clarifications which resolved the initial problems that occurred in the Ausl structures of the province of Bologna (this integration can also be found in the attachment).<\/span><\/p>\n

As mentioned above, we find that the SS Annunziata Hospital in Cento has not yet adopted the aforementioned protocols and therefore we are not allowed a gradual resumption of our activity IN THE PRESENCE, as AIISF \/ FEDAIISF Ferrara we make ourselves available to identify a shared solution as well as occurred throughout the rest of the ER Region\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We remind you that our work is regulated by Legislative Decree 219 of 2006 and in this phase it takes place by appointment at an agreed time with the healthcare provider to avoid gatherings and must take place outside visiting hours for patients as established by the State, Regions and Autonomous Provinces Conference since 2006 now.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
