To explain it is <strong>Massimo Scaccabarozzi<\/strong>, president and chief executive officer of <strong>Janssen Italy<\/strong>, on the occasion of the launch of<strong> Janssen Leadership Lab,<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Janssen-Latina-1-750px-450.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-53972 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Janssen-Latina-1-750px-450.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"469\" height=\"246\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Janssen-Latina-1-750px-450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.fedaiisf.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Janssen-Latina-1-750px-450-300x158.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 469px) 100vw, 469px\" \/><\/a>a three-year training program launched by the pharmaceutical company of the Johnson &amp; Johnson group, in collaboration with the Bocconi School of Management, the Graduate School of Business of the Milan Polytechnic, Open Sky and PoliHub.<\/p>\n<p>Engaged in various therapeutic areas including blood cancers, vaccines, autoimmune, infectious and cardiovascular diseases, Janssen has been present in Italy since 1975. Two offices: one in<strong> Latin<\/strong>, intended for production, and one a <strong>Cologno Monzese<\/strong> (MI), nerve center of Research and Development and marketing activities.<\/p>\n<p>The training project aimed at <strong>650 employees\u00a0<\/strong>in Lombardy, Scaccabarozzi clarifies, \u00abit adds to the courses that Johnson &amp; Johnson offers to Group employees with a view to continuous learning, and is designed to involve all employees by covering the needs of various company functions and levels\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Acquiring new skills is always important, but it is all the more so in a moment, like the current one, full of very rapid changes, especially for those who work in the world of health.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abIn Janssen \u2013 he continues<strong> Scaccabarozzi<\/strong> \u2013 we are working on a new way of working, which is not just smartworking, previously envisaged by our company. But a different way of working. This is why we decided to make an investment in the most important asset we have, namely people\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>The pharmaceutical sector is an important sector for the country&#039;s economy, recalls Scaccabarozzi, president of Farmindustria. \u00abWe are the sector that exports the most to Italy.
