Following the approval of the DECREE-LAW of 1 April 2021, n. 44 "Urgent measures for the containment of the COVID-19 epidemic, concerning anti SARS-CoV-2 vaccinations, justice and public tenders", which provides for the application of the provisions of the Prime Minister's Decree until 30 April 2021 2021, the provisions set out in the previous note of 03\/04\/2021 (prot. 0043421) are extended.<\/span><\/p>\n The meetings of the Scientific Representatives of the drug and of the representatives of medical devices at all the structures of the Company Health Service are therefore suspended until 30 April 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n Notwithstanding the above, access is allowed, only in exceptional cases, upon request from the Director of the OU\/Service and issue of written authorization from the Medical Director of the facility. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The information activity can still be carried out using alternative methods remotely.<\/span><\/p>\n For the moment, the provisions communicated with note prot. 86806 of 06\/15\/2020, as regards access to the clinics of general practitioners and family pediatricians and to affiliated pharmacies; please note that these provisions recommend preferring remote activities and allow meetings to be held with informers\/representatives, exclusively in compliance with the rules set out in the aforementioned note.<\/span><\/p>\n These provisions may in any case be subject to modifications, in relation to the evolution of the epidemiological framework and the issuing of further national or local provisions.<\/span><\/p>\n Recipients are advised to promptly disseminate, within the scope of their competences, the contents of this letter to all UU.OO. and hospital and territorial services, as well as general practitioners and family paediatricians.<\/span><\/p>\n Editor's note: The national vaccination plan has reinstated the ISF in phase 1 of the anti-covid-19 vaccinations considering them personnel of health interest who attend health and social-health facilities, the same says the DL 44 which, with the same wording, obliges the autonomous regions and provinces to vaccinate the ISFs.
