The RSU Mylan have issued a union statement in which they announce that an agreement has been reached to withdraw the layoffs of the ISFs.<\/em><\/p>\n

On 23 July at 3pm<\/strong> the 00.SS la RSU have been convened at the Monza headquarters for the last of the meetings scheduled for the discussion on the collective redundancy procedure of 6.7.2021<\/p>\n

The Parties have agreed to conclude the mobility procedure with a trade union agreement which recognizes the objective of reaching a zero balance of redundancies without resorting, at the moment, to coercive dismissals.<\/p>\n

All the alternative tools to the layoffs that the Parties had identified during the negotiation were confirmed,<\/p>\n

  1. Recovery number 5 positions from the review of the territories;<\/li>\n
  2. Number 7 Pharmacy Advisors;<\/li>\n
  3. Number 17 position vacant;<\/li>\n
  4. Number 4 positions in the external company;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This instrumentation will allow, if used, to solve the employment problem.<\/p>\n

    In September<\/strong> the Parties will meet again to define the economic and operational aspects of the aforementioned instruments and to reassess and monitor the situation.<\/p>\n

    The economic treatment package for the transfer of residence\/domicile in the vacant areas is confirmed.<\/p>\n

    Expressing satisfaction with the conclusion of the procedure without forced redundancies, the 00.S and the RSU hope that all the opportunities provided by the Agreement are seized by the workers to avoid critical situations in the near future.<\/p>\n

    A meeting with all workers is scheduled for September: details will be communicated later.<\/p>\n

    Next meeting on Friday 3\/9\/2021 at 9.30<\/p>\n
